• RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    PRODUCTS: Vitality Medical Aesthetics will not accept any opened product for return or exchange. We will accept unopened product for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase.  

    SERVICES: Any service pre paid, or packages prepaid cannot be returned.  If you want to trade in the value of your service, we can exchange for products, a gift card, or apply that payment to other services.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Vitality Medical Aesthetics has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice prior to the date of treatment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of $50 could be issued to your credit card.
